We offer a variety of living options to meet different needs. Some residents own their home and lease the lot, while others choose to rent both the home and lot together as a complete package.
Community rent includes trash removal, sewer service, and snow removal from the main streets.
Additional services include:
- Internet and television service: $80.00 per month
- Water charges: Based on the number of occupants in the household
Yes. Our staff is available during regular office hours to assist with questions, concerns, and maintenance-related matters. For after-hours emergencies, residents may contact the emergency number provided by the office.
Yes. Our maintenance team handles snow removal for the community streets.
The community maintains a no-pet policy. However, we fully comply with all applicable laws regarding service and assistance animals.
Yes. We work with a variety of lending institutions, including 21st Mortgage Corporation, to help residents explore financing options. For more information on loan approvals, click here (use dealer #4041.1 as your retailer - place 4041 in the first box, place 1 in the second box). For assistance estimating your payments, click here. NOTE: We will work with any lender and have a relationship with Vanderbilt Mortgage, Triad Financial Services, and Priority Funding as well.
While we do not provide insurance directly, we are happy to recommend resources that may assist residents in obtaining coverage for their home and personal belongings.
